Update of install of the C18 Engines.
The starboard side Cat C18 engine has been installed over the past few days (prior to yesterday’s Covid-19 Lockdown). All ready to be connected. Lowering the new C18 engine into the starboard engine room The new C18 installed where the orginal engine was placed. Ready to be connected up.

And Aurora is home.
Aurora V entering the Wallaroo terminal after having some maintenance in Adelaide. And she is home… Aurora V arrived back in Wallaroo at around 7am this morning. Trades are on board preparing for the next step – installing the new C-18’s and removing the old ones.
Aurora V is on her way home…
Aurora V is coming home… She has left Adelaide and is on her way back to Wallaroo. Over the next couple of weeks she will have 2 brand new engines installed!
Slipping progress of Aurora V
Since Aurora V arrived on the slip, work is underway for the Antifoul process to begin. She is being water blasted at 500psi, then will be primed and then the antifoul will be applied. Aurora V has made her way safely to the slipway ready for repairs and maintenance. The journey took approximately 16 and a half hours.
